Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the accounting team at our Upper Thomson office.

The role involves maintaining full sets of accounts, including billing, receipts, payments, fixed assets and monthly or yearly finalisation. You will prepare trial balances and basic financial statements while contributing to system testing and finance-related projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is proficient in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
SAP B1 knowledge is a plus.
Independent and meticulous with strong Excel skills.
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, GL reconciliation and revenue recognition.
Prepare trial balance, basic financial statements and assist in finance projects.
Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Submit GST reports and GST reconciliation; manage fixed asset accounting.
Assist in system implementations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
