Job description

What we do:

The Finance and Accounting team is a business partner for internal and external stakeholders such as management, auditors, and banks. The team works with colleagues across the globe and provides exposure to interesting topics and projects related to our responsibilities. We cover key areas such as accounts payable, receivable, tax, and invoicing areas to name a few. In close collaboration with our controlling department, we provide a strong foundation for finance excellence. Our team consists of a range of professionals, junior and senior, which contribute to everyday operational success. The Finance and Accounting department is an essential pillar of the company; therefore, its members represent a valuable and respectable team that always strives for excellence.

What you will do:

· Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and year end closing

· Prepare monthly management report

· Managing local statutory report

· Responsible for yearly audit and preparation of audited report

· Responsible for XBRL filing

· Responsible for yearly tax submission and quarterly GST report submission including tax audit (if any) and applying COR

· Take care of domestic and international payments to vendors and employees and follow up outstanding payment from customers

· Review of monthly payroll and prepare monthly journal entry

· Checking and reviewing of monthly staff claims and payments.

· Other adhoc task (for example statistic survey…)

What we are looking for
Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting

· At least 3 years of work experience in similar job positions

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· Analytical and precise

· Good organizational skills

· Deadline-Oriented

· Self-motivated and flexible

· Ability to work either independently or within a team

· Analytical problem-solving capabilities

· Proactive and hands-on attitude

· Ability to work in an international team with international customers

Nice to have:

· Firsthand experience with SAP systems

· Previous experience in global company and work in international team

· Audit experience

· Good excel skill
