Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to prepare month-end closings and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting, at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Dealing with the preparation of full set of basic Financial Statements.
• Candidates with experience working in an accounting service firm preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of simple tax reports.
• Ensure firms’ service standard and reporting deadlines are met
• Liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents
• Any ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred
• At least 2- 3 years of experiences in handling similar position
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS) or IFRS
• Dealing with preparing of full set of basic Financial Statements and basic
• Corporate Tax Returns for small to middle company (including Asset holdings company)
• Candidates with experience working in accounting service firm preferred
• Independent, organised and able to work at fast paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Word
• Candidates having experience on Audit or Financial due diligence preferred
