A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage accounts payables and receivables, assist in monthly reporting, and handle administrative duties. This role requires a proactive team player who can support monthly closings and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Responsible for Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivable function
- Assist monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
- Bank reconciliation
- Filing & other accounting and administrative work
- Quarterly GST submission.
- Assist in the month-end accounts closing activities
- Assist in the monthly management reporting
- Replying customer emails, messages, and phone calls
- Able to carry out and perform office administrative duties
- Team player with initiative
