Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, auditing liaison, and client banking services. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in client accounting is required, along with knowledge of MYOB and XERO accounting software.

This permanent position offers flexibility in working hours and additional bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• University Graduate in a relevant field and/or Professional Accounting Designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client accounting.
• Knowledge of MYOB and XERO accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and full sets of accounts.
• Liaising with clients and auditors to complete annual audits.
• Assisting clients with banking services including Telegraphic transfers.
• Preparation of corporate tax returns and GST returns.
• Billing and invoicing.
• Collections / Accounts receivables.

Skills

Monthly Salary: Up to $4000 + Min 1 month bonus

Schedule: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm (Flexible. If want to come/go 30 mins earlier, just work the 8 hours accordingly)

Location: Raffles Place

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and full sets of accounts
• Liaising with clients and auditors to complete annual audit of companies
• Assisting clients on banking services with various local and foreign banks including preparation of Telegraphic transfers (T.T.)
• Preparation of corporate tax returns and Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns
• Billing and invoicing
• Collections / Accounts receivables
• Answering enquiries from clients & related parties pertaining to statutory requirements
• Other administrative and ad‑hoc duties
