  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using a computerized accounting system
  • Double-Entry Accounting – Ensure proper debit and credit entries in compliance with accounting principles
  • Bank Reconciliation – Process and reconcile bank transactions accurately
  • General Ledger Maintenance – Maintain and update accounting records with supporting schedules
  • Financial Documentation – Organize and manage business accounting documents for corporate clients
  • Tax & GST Support – Assist in GST filings and corporate tax computation
  • Other Accounting-Related Tasks – Support ad-hoc bookkeeping and finance assignments as required

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
  • A detail-oriented team player with good communication skills
