Job description:
This role will be part of the implementation team for the new Converged Grants System (COGS) to support the HSG Annual Service Fee (ASF).
Redesign operational processes, draw insights from data, understand and gather feedback to enable formulation and implementation of technology-enabled initiatives to:
Enhance seniors', caregivers' and patients' journey to access schemes and grants as well as care providers' schemes and grants administration in the community, for example, simplify seniors' use of subsidies digitally
Better operational processes, governance and administration of schemes and grants, for instance, streamline and automate processes using technology to improve efficiency
Translate redesigned processes, insights and feedback into implementable initiatives and work with technology vendors and/or teams to actualise initiatives on IT systems as enabler
Identify and implement relevant change management-related activities for different stakeholder groups, for example, involve end-users to formulate user stories as IT requirements and design of IT system user interface
Support team lead to project manage initiatives, such as devise implementation timeline and mitigate issues encountered to minimise disruptions to implementation plans
Conduct functional testing or sprint reviews with technology vendors and/or teams to facilitate the implementation of new IT systems or enhancements
Use data analytical tools to identify, analyse and interpret patterns and trends for insights
Please note that this role is on 3 years contract based on project timeline.
Job Requirement
Degree in any Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subject or business-related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experiences in systems thinking and design and change management
Candidates with experiences involving use of Agile methodology, or process improvement approaches such as Six Sigma and Lean would have added advantage
Demonstrate ability to ideate on impactful initiatives, meet deliverables within timeline and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Able to articulate viewpoints, both written and verbal, in a clear and concise manner
