Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking candidates to provide support for safety and health (SHE) requirements on site. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, assisting with incident investigations, and ensuring safety expectations are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with field staff and participate in SHE-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Report and assist to the Lead at respective site/projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Provide SHE support for the day-to-day SHE requirements of the assigned project/site.
• Support the project by maintaining a visible presence performing site visits.
• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
• Assist in investigating incidents to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Communicate, coach and assist the field staff to meet safety expectations.
• Fill-up individual SHE inspection forms and/or BBSO.
• Participate in all SHE related activities, campaigns and committees.
