About the Role

Join us as an Assignment Support Administrator to manage offer letters, documentation control, and communication to ensure seamless operations and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve new placements and change requests in Bullhorn within 24 hours.
  • Draft change requests in Bullhorn within 24 hours.
  • Follow up via email to resolve issues within 48 hours of the initial request.
  • Escalate to senior team members and communicate with the Sales team regarding payment issues due to unsigned signed letters.
  • Review placements ready for approval report and support follow-ups.
  • Implement lessons learned and discuss errors/issues monthly, suggesting measures to prevent errors.
  • Continuously seek process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with legal documents (assets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to follow processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
