Responsibilities:

• Implement Group directives, standards, and programs to support operations and enhance industrial performance across the Cluster.
• Deliver projects safely, on quality, time, and budget, in compliance with IMS, business requirements, and Group standards.
• Develop efficient technical solutions by promoting standardization and minimizing (TCO), while ensuring competitiveness and meeting market requirements.
• Assess and mitigate industrial risks associated with each project from the design phase through to (FIP).
• Ensure new installations are operable and maintainable in a safe and reliable manner.
• Manage technical queries from internal customers (operations, commercial, and business development) for new offers and projects. Coordinate with stakeholders, including Capital Implementation (CI), Engineering & Construction (E&C), and Entities, for smooth project development and execution.
• Manage project management tools and technical documentation for the selected scope.
• Participate as the Cluster's owner representative in large projects executed by E&C.
• Standard Implementation & Compliance: Steer and support the implementation of standards, close gaps, and ensure operational compliance with Group standards.
• Optimize asset utilization.
• Contribute to annual Group Industrial Direction topics.
• Provide expert support and field coaching to subsidiaries, and develop knowledge and competencies.

Requirement:

• Possesses 10 -15 years industrial experience in Large Industries.
• Possesses knowledge and ability to explore and understand the technical/technological contents of industrial programs
• Ability to animate reviews and foster a culture of collaboration between teams of different cultures, with a strong ability of synthesis and concise and effective communications.
• Knowledge of AL Industrial management system (IMS), literacy in project economics and project management.
