Our Asset and Wealth Managed Services (“AWMS”) team is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for seasoned professionals to join us. As Singapore’s leading Asset and Wealth Management team, you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs.

Job Description

  • Developing and driving programs and initiatives to strengthen client relationships and enhance strategic client experiences.

  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns and events, identifying opportunities to strengthen the AWMS brand in the marketplace.

  • Conducting research and analysis, including industry research, account performance, company profiling, monitoring competitor information, and identifying industry trends to support client development activities.

  • Advocating recommendations based on an understanding of the business, wins, and pipeline.

  • Providing support on proposalsand other business development initiatives as required.

  • Assisting with business planningand management reporting.

About You

  • At least6 years of relevant experiencein a business development role.

  • Possess aBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field.

  • Experience inkey account managementand client development.

  • Extensive network ofalternative fund managers, family offices, or ultra-high-net-worth individualswithin Singapore or the broader APAC region.

  • Outstanding skills incommunication, presentation, and relationship development.

  • Demonstrated success inbusiness developmentor in supporting business development initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge ofdiverse fund structuresis highly beneficial.

  • Strong competence inmanaging lengthy sales cyclesand cultivating high-quality relationships with potential clients and industry colleagues.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment.

  • Collaborative team member with excellent skills inworking across various teams and functions, adept at forging trusted relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Goodbusiness acumenwith a growth mindset.

  • Ability tomanage multiple projectsto ensure deliverables are met within timelines.

  • Experience in aprofessional service and/or network firmwould be advantageous.
