ResMed is seeking an Asset Manager to ensure manufacturing equipment, facilities, and production assets are reliable, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will oversee asset lifecycle, maintenance programs, and capital planning to support manufacturing goals.

You will manage asset performance, lead reliability initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance in GMP/ISO13485 environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, asset management, or engineering.
• Experience in Medical Device, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of maintenance and asset management principles.
• Experience using CMMS/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, Infor, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the lifecycle of manufacturing assets from installation through replacement.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and asset utilization.
• Lead equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation in CMMS/EAM systems.
• Support equipment qualification, validation, and calibration activities.
• Develop asset replacement plans and support CAPEX budgeting.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, Engineering, and EHS teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and service providers where required.
• Provide regular reporting on asset health, maintenance performance, and improvement opportunities.
