Resilux Nv seeks an Asset Integrity & Reliability Lead for a state-of-the-art chemical facility in Singapore. This senior site-level role focuses on embedding a comprehensive reliability framework that links process safety, availability, lifecycle cost, and risk-based decisions.

You will drive a site-wide reliability strategy, govern FMEA/RCM analyses, and align vendor and project activities with global standards. A strong leadership mindset and global collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related).
• 8+ years in process manufacturing / refining / oil & gas / energy / complex industrial plants.
• 5+ years in reliability, asset integrity, operations engineering, or asset management roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with RCM, FMEA, criticality analysis, lifecycle cost analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive a site-wide reliability and asset integrity strategy aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Embed reliability fundamentals across design, operation, maintenance, and projects.
• Act as the site authority on reliability risk, asset integrity, and risk-based work selection.
• Partner with Process Safety and Operations to integrate HSE and financial risk assessments.
