A leading transportation company is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the formulation of Operator Asset Management Plans and lead discussions with LTA for funding approvals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial for this role to manage communication within teams and liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
Primary Objectives of Position
Major Responsibilities
1. Deriving best value from the Railway Operating Assets (OA) with Operator Asset Management Plan (OAMP) and Master Replacement Proposal (MRP) for submission to LTA
2. Formulating Project Justification Papers (PJPs) by getting relevant information such as Asset Condition Assessment (ACA) results, past reliability trending data, obsolescence status.
3. Performing an objective Impact Analysis with objective evidence to further support the justification for a full renewal/replacement.
4. Lead the discussion with LTA Asset renewal team, together with engineers
responsible for the maintenance of the assets on getting Asset Renewal funding approval via LTA/SMRT Asset Renewal Working Groups (ARWGs)
5. Promote communication and collaboration within the team and also with other colleagues in the company.
