Job summary

Curtin Singapore is seeking a diligent Student and Academic Services Officer (Assessments and Progressions) to provide extensive administration support to academic staff and students and maintain the applicable academic systems.

You will coordinate examinations, manage invigilators, process applications for exam adjustments, and support marking, moderation, and the release of results, while upholding university procedures and ensuring timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic administration and/or programme management, preferably in higher education.
• Experience in working with international students.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
• High levels of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive administration support to academic staff and students and maintain the applicable academic systems.
• Coordinate student enrolment systems and assist new and continuing students with enrolments.
• Manage assessments, exams, and related paperwork including planning, invigilation and scheduling.
• Support marking, moderation, and release of results within deadlines.
• Assist in preparation of class lists, surveys, and student records.
