Job summary

NexGen Recruitment is seeking an Assembly Technician for Upper Changi / Tampines in Singapore. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain assembly and production equipment in a cleanroom environment, ensuring high uptime and compliance with safety and cleanroom standards.

You will work across assigned morning or evening shifts, with overtime as needed, and participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and meet production targets.

• Support weekday and weekend overtime when required to meet production needs.
• Attend training and continuously develop technical skills to meet operational and safety standards.
