A & One Precision Engineering in Singapore is seeking a trained technician to assemble high-end products according to technical drawings and GD&T, and to perform electrical wiring and soldering for mechanical assemblies.

You will interpret drawings to ensure precise assembly, troubleshoot machinery, and conduct testing and commissioning of machines and testers, providing support on machines and projects, while guiding operators and handling rework as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh NTC / Diploma holder may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Assemble higher end products based on technical drawings and GD&T.
• Wire and solder electrical components for installation and assembly.
• Troubleshoot machinery, perform servicing and maintenance.
• Test and commission machines and testers.
• Provide ongoing support to machines and ongoing projects.
• Perform rework and initiate required rework processes.
• Guide and mentor a team of machine operators.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Assembly of higher end products which require self-interpretation and understanding of technical drawing, assembly requirements, which also includes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
2. Electrical wiring and soldering for installation and assembling of mechanical and sub-assembly level components.
3. Troubleshooting of machinery, servicing and maintenance.
4. Perform testing and commissioning of machines and testers.
5. Providing smooth and continuous running and support on machines and projects.
6. To provide rework or make call for the required rework processes.
7. Providing guidance to the team of operators.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred to have NTC / Diploma in engineering field or equivalent.
• Fresh NTC / Diploma holder may be considered, else others with minimum 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.
