A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Assembly Technician and a Quality Controller to manage production schedules, perform equipment adjustments, and ensure quality standards. Candidates with an ITE/Diploma in Engineering are encouraged to apply. This role involves working in rotating shifts and provides company transport for employees in the west area.
Information:
Monthly Rotating Shift; Basic $2,500 - $3,500
Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm; Afternoon Shift: 3pm - 11pm ($8.50/day); Night Shift: 11pm - 7am ($14/day)

Assembly Technician
Set up and adjust assembly line machinery and equipment to prepare for production runs
Perform machine adjustments & calibrations to ensure optimal performance & product quality
Monitor machine performance & output for any abnormalities
Troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic issues, diagnose root causes and perform corrective action
Preventive maintenance on machinery, repairs & adjustments to address malfunctions.
Support production lines when down, to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
Resolve problems and minimise disruptions to production schedules
Identify quality issues or defects in the production process, escalating issues as necessary
Complete production logs, machine maintenance records and other documentation
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards or quality issues to the supervisor
2. Quality Controller
Perform inspections of product during various stages of assembly process.
Maintain records of inspection results, defects and any corrective actions taken.
Identify defects or deviations from the set quality standards.
Utilise equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify dimensions & characteristics.
Communicate internally to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding quality control issues.
