Job Description:

We are hiring a hands-on Assembly Supervisor who is not only able to lead a team but also willing to work alongside them on the assembly floor. This role requires both supervision and direct participation in the daily assembly work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the assembly team.

• Work hands-on with the team during production when necessary.

• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Train new workers and monitor performance.

• Troubleshoot minor issues on the line.

• Report to the production manager.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an assembly supervisor or leader.

• Must be willing to be hands-on and assist in assembly tasks.

• Good leadership and teamwork skills.

• Able to read assembly drawings or follow instructions.

• Physically fit, reliable, and responsible.
