We're looking for a proactive and commercially driven Trade Development Manager/Specialist to spearhead strategic development initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning trade, sales, and pricing functions to accelerate volume growth and gross profit, while shaping the pipeline for both existing and new business opportunities.

Strategic Development & Pipeline Building

• Drive development across priority trade lanes with a focus on prepaid business growth
• Build and manage a robust pipeline for both existing and potential new business opportunities
• Conduct strategic market research to guide development in high-yield lanes
• Follow up rigorously on performance and outcomes to track development effectiveness

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Foster proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align commercial priorities
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, pricing, and operations to strengthen trade initiatives
• Attend client meetings and conduct targeted travel to build relationships and gather market insights

Commercial & Pricing Support

• Support RFQs, spot quotes, and pricing maintenance with keen market awareness
• Identify opportunities for pricing enhancement and yield improvement

Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis

• Analyze trade performance metrics such as volumes and yield trends
• Prepare dynamic market reports to inform strategic decisions and foster commercial development
• Collaborate with sales to turn market insights into tangible growth strategies
