in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP Program/Project Manager to oversee regional SAP systems, governance frameworks, and compliance of SAP controls to align with business objectives across Asia. You will manage AMS vendors, design SAP architecture, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and lead end-to-end SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance.
• SAP module certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, ABAP), PMP, ITIL, or other project management credentials preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of technical experience in SAP and its products, preferably S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, technology stack and ABAP/PO/PI development, implementation, upgrades and troubleshooting, with proven leadership and project management experience.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects including leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions.
• Vendor management experience in application support environments and regional support with multi-country SAP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving ability to communicate with business, with cross-functional teams and understanding process management structures.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate SAP system administration and governance across regional entities.
• Liaise with business units to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Oversee AMS vendors, partners and consultants to deliver SAP services.
• Plan and drive SAP rollouts across the region’s entities.
• Maintain and optimize SAP system management and provide SAP solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Lead SAP project management from initiation to closure within timelines, budgets, scope and quality.
• Provide ongoing functional support and ensure SAP performance, security and availability.
• Develop policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards; implement upgrades as needed.
• Stay updated on SAP trends to drive system enhancements.
