Asia Pacific - Regional Business Solutions Expert, SCM

MAIN PURPOSE
Support Regional Office as SAP maintenance and support Center.
Provides Application Managed Service (AMS) in APAC region for the various enterprise applications troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA.
This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve expected business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as point of contact to analyse and fix application and system issues PTP/ITD area, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable. SAP Modules: MM, IBP, and SD
- Support month end or year-end closing activities, proactively monitor and take actions to prevent erroneous postings, wherever applicable.
- Responsible for Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics, and provide system domain knowledge
- Responsible for SCM Incidents, Problems and Change Requests, and provide intervention guidance and proactive solutions when required.
- Assist user in requirements gathering, preparation, and follow through of Change Requests
- Assist in CR release and implementations/roll-out by preparing test script/ test scenario or conduct/coordinate or support users in carrying out User Acceptance/Regression Test.
- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly with RCA and CAPA approach and industry best practices
- Acts as liaison for troubleshooting and support: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary modifications to satisfy needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
- Provide support outside regular office hours.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
- SAP ECC 6.0/S4 HANA experience
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
- Business knowledge and process design skills in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics.
- Experienced in system integrations between SAP systems, and with 3rd parties systems
- Possess basic knowledge of SAP authorization troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Project management, ITIL and/or ITSM experiences
- Effectively communicates technical concepts to users and business concept to tech team
- Must be able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player and manage own workload under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Possess good analytic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and proficient in English.
- This will could be base in either Singapore or Vietnam
