Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

Support the Regional Office as the SAP Maintenance and Support Center.

Provide Application Managed Service (AMS) in the APAC region for various enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLA.

This role utilizes consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve desired business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact to analyze and resolve application and system issues in the PTP/ITD area, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable. SAP Modules: MM, IBP, and SD.
  • Support month-end or year-end closing activities; proactively monitor and prevent erroneous postings where applicable.
  • Be responsible for Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics, providing system domain knowledge.
  • Handle SCM Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests; provide guidance and proactive solutions when needed.
  • Assist users with requirements gathering, preparation, and follow-up of Change Requests.
  • Support CR release and implementations/roll-outs by preparing test scripts/scenarios or supporting users in User Acceptance/Regression Testing.
  • Manage incidents reported by users, follow up promptly with RCA and CAPA approaches, following industry best practices.
  • Act as a liaison for troubleshooting and support: investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems; map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary modifications.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
  • Provide support outside regular office hours.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computers, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0/S4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
  • Business knowledge and process design skills in Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics.
  • Experience in system integrations between SAP and third-party systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP authorization troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with project management, ITIL, and/or ITSM.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to users and business concepts to technical teams.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and manage workload under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment.
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English.
  • This position could be based in Singapore or Vietnam.
