Job summary

Key responsibilities include enhancing FCC processes, regional oversight across Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia and Japan, and presenting governance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years proven experience in FCC within financial services.
• Experience as the individual responsible for FC oversight.
• Exposure to FCC advisory matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing enhancement of the FCC framework across APAC; ensure robust second line of defense delivery.
• Oversee regional financial crime risk and third party suppliers for key markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, Japan).
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with local and international regulations and industry guidance related to financial crime.
• Prepare and present governance reports and support the FC enhancement programme.
