Job description

We're seeking a skilled individual to join our Global eDiscovery and Investigations group as a Case Management / eDiscovery Operations Manager in Cyber.

About the Group

The group manages electronic data requests and digital forensic investigations related to Litigation, Regulatory matters, Compliance, Employee Investigations, Incident Response, and Cyber Security events. The team ensures requests are properly formed, tracked, and responded to efficiently and accurately. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic global team in Singapore.

eDiscovery Operations Team

The team handles electronic data discovery/collection, including data from email archives, infrastructure logs, and network file servers. Data is provided to internal and external clients. The role requires effective communication of technical matters and extensive interaction with colleagues across Legal, Security, HR, IT Security, Engineering, and other Business groups. Candidates should be well-organized, communicative, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, judicious, independent, and capable of handling sensitive information.

Technology Division

Within the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build capabilities that empower our firm and clients. This role is at the Vice President level, responsible for providing cyber expertise and developing solutions to safeguard our systems and networks against threats and vulnerabilities.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Asia eDiscovery operations team.
  2. Perform eDiscovery data collection and analysis, providing status updates to stakeholders.
  3. Manage regional eDiscovery operational queues, monitor, allocate work, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  4. Designate eDiscovery case leads for large or complex matters, coordinating collection efforts.
  5. Act as eDiscovery case lead, communicating expectations and supervising work quality.
  6. Provide sign-off and serve as primary escalation point for eDiscovery issues.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  2. Experience retrieving data from message archives or repositories, with troubleshooting skills.
  3. Technical knowledge of Windows and Unix commands, proficient in Microsoft Excel reporting.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical info clearly.
  5. Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
  6. Organizational skills with good time management, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  7. High work ethic, adherence to policies, and prompt escalation of issues.
  8. Flexibility with work hours, including on-call and weekend coverage.
