Jensen Hughes seeks an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across Asia, enhancing client engagement and brand presence. The role spans Korea, Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia, collaborating with regional leaders and the global marketing team.

You will drive end-to-end campaigns, content development, events and digital marketing, balancing strategy with execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within AEC or professional services consulting.
• Proficiency in Korean, English and Mandarin; full professional or native-level fluency preferred.
• Technical writing and marketing copywriting experience (AP style preferred).
• Experience creating content for social media across Asian markets (WeChat, Webo, Naver, Remember, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Experience managing digital campaigns (organic and paid), thought leadership, email, events and conferences.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end regional marketing campaigns across Asia.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and technical experts to drive business growth.
• Contribute to a collaborative global marketing team with a focus on creativity and continuous learning.
• Produce content, plan events, and manage digital marketing initiatives (social, webinars, email).
• Adapt marketing plans to regional/cultural differences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilize marketing data to improve campaign performance.
