Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating business requirements between the headquarters’ International Business Northern and Southern Expansion Support Centers, and overseeing outbound business support within the ASEAN region;
Provide support for outbound international business of domestic business units at all levels, assist in offering overseas-side solutions and resource quotations, and deliver business support capability training for provincial branches;
Responsible for pre-sales support, project management during implementation, process monitoring, and project coordination for services of other overseas branches landing in the ASEAN region;
Handle monthly business settlement tasks with domestic and other overseas branches;
Assist the Operations Cost Support role in submitting procurement requests and verifying subsequent payment information;
Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above;
Major: Telecommunications, Internet, Electronics, Network Engineering, or related fields;
Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in telecommunications technical support;
Certifications: Candidates holding professional certifications in project management, telecommunications, or systems integration are preferred;
Professional Knowledge: Proficient in communication protocols and familiar with telecom operator network architectures; candidates with experience in telecom-related product design or development are preferred;
Professional Skills: Possess technical competencies in telecommunications and project management;
Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English; excellent abilities in information gathering, analysis, and written expression; strong customer service orientation; detail-oriented and rigorous in work style;
Other Specific Requirements: Highly proactive, strong business development abilities, good team spirit, strong professional ethics, and able to travel for short-term assignments.
