A performing arts organization based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated project manager to oversee productions and community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in project management, grant writing, and a passion for the arts. This role requires working closely with the artistic director and developing effective marketing strategies. Bilingual proficiency is a must.
*Manage company’s major season performance productions (average 3 productions for DES Arts and 2 productions for DES school per financial year)
* Adept in grant writing and reporting in arts administration
*Manage audience development/community outreach projects related to the productions ie: Arts education programme
* Manage Venue rental of DES premises
*Candidate need not be trained in arts administration but will require an interest in the arts
*Able to come up with Marketing/ fund raising strategies to promote company
JOB SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
Work with Company Artistic Director to realize performance projects including initial research and contact of relevant stakeholders or potential collaborators.
Work with appointed personnel to manage and monitor progress of project via project framework, timeline, budget, sponsorship solicitation, marketing plan, and required production logistics that included but not limited to: execute professional work agreements and contracts for artists and technical personnel; liaise with related authorities for permit/license, ticketing agent, and relevant sponsorship/grant applications.
Collate and file post-production report (closure report) with project analysis and figure data.
Assist in identifying technical expertise and production personnel; sourcing for performance venue and needed production material.
Assist and involve in marketing & publicity visual/collateral; audience development work includes contact target audience groups, extract social media analytics,

Working Hours- 40 hours /5 Day week including weekends

Wednesday-12pm to 9pm (Include 1 Hour Break)
Friday -12pm to 9pm (Include 1 Hour Break)
Saturday – 9am to 6pm (Include 1 Hour Break)
Sunday – 9am to 6pm (Include 1 Hour Break)
Monday – 9am to 6pm (Include 1 Hour Break)
