Job summary

National Arts Council Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead SAW's exhibitions and programmes within the Visual Arts Department. You will drive project scoping, budgeting, timelines, and risk management, while coordinating with government agencies, vendors, partners, and marketing teams.

You should have at least five years’ experience in arts festivals or large-scale platforms, strong stakeholder skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects under pressure in a dynamic public

Qualifications

  • Five+ years of experience in arts festivals or large-scale platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with procurement and financial management.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative team player under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management and accountability for SAW's supported projects, partnerships, and commissions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budget disbursements to ensure SAW 2026 initiatives are delivered.
  • Monitor progress and implement solutions to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors, government agencies, and partners to secure licences and approvals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications to support promotional activities.
  • Oversee setup and teardown logistics in coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.
