A leading entertainment company is seeking an Artiste Manager to handle day-to-day management tasks, including scheduling, contract negotiations, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in talent management and a passion for the arts. You will be responsible for supporting Artistes in their professional growth while managing collaborations and events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in talent management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and influencer engagement is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with multitasking ability.

Job description

This is a full-time position for an Artiste Manager.

Job Descriptions:

The role involves handling the day-to-day tasks associated with Artiste Management which include scheduling, contract negotiations with clients, event and casting coordination, brand collaborations, chaperoning duties and ensuring Artistes are supported in their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in talent management, events, production, or KOL marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and influencer engagement.
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired Skills & Traits:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional when handling sensitive information.
  • Creative eye for branding and social engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic photography/videography (a plus).
  • Passion for the entertainment and performing arts scene.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, New Media, Arts Administration and Event Management, Theatre/Film Production, or related fields.
