Job Description:
  • Preparing doughs, shaping and baking of products.
  • Preparing a variety of sourdough breads.
  • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
  • Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients
  • Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
  • Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily
Job Requirement:
  • At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role (E.g mixing,shaping, baking)
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
  • Prior knowledge in sourdough is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
  • Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
Work Arrangement:
  • Working hours: 7am - 3.30pm, 1 hour break
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Required to work on Public holidays
