Job description

We're looking for a curious, self-motivated AI Engineer to join our team and help build next-generation intelligent solutions. In this hands-on role, you'll partner with senior engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI models that automate and optimize core business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify AI Use Cases: Work with teams (Field Service, Sales, Operations) to spot opportunities where AI can streamline processes or add value.
  • Evaluate AI Services: Research and compare pre-built models and cloud AI offerings (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Power Automate AI Builder) to find the best fit.
  • Prototype Solutions: Rapidly assemble proof-of-concepts—using low-code tools or simple scripts—to demonstrate AI-driven automation (e.g., ticket triage, document summarization, anomaly detection).
  • Integrate Seamlessly: Partner with RPA and software teams to hook AI APIs into existing workflows and dashboards, ensuring a smooth end-user experience.
  • Measure Success: Define KPIs (accuracy, time saved, user satisfaction), track performance, and iterate on prompts, thresholds, or configuration to improve results.
  • Train & Enable Users: Develop clear how-to guides and run live demos so internal teams can adopt AI tools confidently and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Monitor & Report: Keep an eye on usage metrics, uptime, and ROI; prepare concise updates on wins, challenges, and next steps for stakeholders.
  • Stay Current: Continuously survey new AI tools and industry trends, recommending enhancements or new services to drive ongoing operational excellence.

As an Entry-Level AI Engineer focused on AI application, you will translate real business challenges into practical AI‐driven solutions. Working alongside experienced AI practitioners and cross-functional teams, you will:

  • Understand Business Needs: Partner with stakeholders (Field Service, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements, define goals, and map out where AI can add value.
  • Select & Configure Models: Evaluate pre-built AI/ML services and open-source models (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics). Customize settings, prompts, or pipelines to fit specific use cases.
  • Prototype AI Solutions: Quickly assemble proof-of-concepts using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services) or lightweight Python scripts. Demonstrate how AI can automate document processing, ticket triage, anomaly detection, or other workflows.
  • Integrate into Workflows: Collaborate with software and RPA teams to embed AI APIs into existing applications and dashboards. Ensure seamless end-user experiences—e.g., generating summaries, auto-assigning tasks, or flagging critical alerts.
  • Validate & Iterate: Measure solution impact against KPIs (accuracy, time saved, user satisfaction). Solicit feedback, refine prompts, adjust thresholds, and retrain models or rules as needed.
  • Train & Support Users: Create simple guides and demo sessions for internal teams. Help them understand AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and adopt best practices.
  • Monitor & Report: Track solution performance, usage metrics, and ROI. Prepare concise reports and presentations that showcase successes, lessons learned, and next steps.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends. Recommend new features or services that could further enhance our operations.

This role is perfect for someone who's eager to make an immediate business impact by applying AI—no deep algorithm-building required—while growing their expertise in real-world deployments.
