Train better and smarter – as a Senior Engineer working on AI in Training and Simulation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming training by leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to create more efficient training experiences. • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for AI-related projects, including but not limited to:
  • Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Agentic AI

• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Design, implement, and evaluate algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

Qualities We Value
