PC Partner Technology Pte. Limited is building a team of AI Engineers to design and deploy advanced AI solutions in Singapore. You will select models and build data pipelines to support ML training, evaluation and deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI technologies.

We are building a team of AI Engineers to drive the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions. The role involves selecting and implementing optimal AI models, as well as building data engineering pipelines to support machine learning model training, evaluation and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate, execute and deliver AI technologies, ensuring project success through strong technical expertise, effective teamwork and clear communication.
Research, evaluate, optimise and fine-tune machine learning models to maximise accuracy, efficiency and inference performance
Design and implement end-to-end computer vision solution architectures, processing pipelines and deployment workflows
Develop, validate and optimise advanced computer vision algorithms for real-world applications
Develop LLM-powered chatbot solutions incorporating semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable natural language interaction with visual and textual knowledge bases
Develop and continuously improve object detection, image segmentation, pose estimation, feature extraction and image classification models
Monitor the performance of deployed computer vision models, identify performance degradation or anomalies and implement corrective actions and model updates
Perform data analysis, interpret experimental results and communicate actionable insights using statistical methods, and data visualisations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, integrate computer vision solutions into products and support production deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Minimum Degreein Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in designing, developing and deploying computer vision models, and RAG in real-world applications
Good hands-on experience on OpenCV, Vision Transformers, CLIPS and modern computer vision models
Good hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and LLM integration
Strong programming skills in Python, Java and C++, with experience and GPU-accelerated computing using CUDA and TensorRT
Knowledge of edge computing platforms and hardware accelerators such as x86, NVIDIA Jetson, Google Coral and ARM Cortex
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment and adapt to changing requirements with perseverance and initiative
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Fluency in Chinese is a plus for effective interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
