Job summary

PC Partner Technology Pte. Limited is building a team of AI Engineers to design and deploy advanced AI solutions in Singapore. You will select models and build data pipelines to support ML training, evaluation and deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI technologies.

The role emphasizes strong technical expertise, teamwork and clear communication to ensure project success across production environments.

Qualifications

Minimum degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and deploying computer vision models and RAG in real-world apps.
Strong hands-on with OpenCV, Vision Transformers, CLIPS and modern CV models.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, optimise and fine-tune ML models for accuracy and performance.
Design end-to-end computer vision solution architectures and deployment workflows.
Develop and optimise CV algorithms for real-world use cases.
Build LLM-powered chatbots with semantic search and RAG integration.
Develop models for object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, feature extraction and classification.
Monitor deployed models and implement updates when performance degrades.
Analyse data, interpret results and present actionable insights with statistics and visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CV solutions into products.
