Un leader dans le secteur des soins de santé à Singapour recherche un Art Therapist pour rejoindre leur équipe multidisciplinaire. Le candidat idéal possédera un Master en Art Thérapie et sera responsable de la mise en œuvre d'interventions thérapeutiques efficaces. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres professionnels de la santé pour assurer un soutien psychologique de qualité. Une expérience antérieure dans des environnements hospitaliers est préférable.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based art therapy interventions for patients referred for psychological support.
Manage a caseload independently, including more complex cases requiring specialised therapeutic knowledge.
Conduct individual and group sessions, tailoring interventions to patients’ developmental stages and psychological needs.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other allied health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including assessments, therapy plans, session notes, and progress reports.
Ensure effective and professional communication with patients, caregivers, referring clinicians, and other stakeholders.
Provide feedback on patient progress and participate in case conferences or team meetings as required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of group therapy programmes and art therapy materials for various settings.
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits within the department.
Maintain clinical standards to ensure the department consistently meets service performance indicators.
Adhere to the ethical standards, values, and relevant legislation governing art therapy and healthcare practice.
Keep abreast of current trends and research in art therapy and integrate best practices into clinical work.
Participate in continuing education, supervision, and peer reviews as required.
Master’s Degree in Art Therapy (or a related field) from an accredited institution.
Prior experience in hospital and/or psychiatric settings will be an added advantage.
Experience working across diverse age groups and clinical populations is desirable.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting.
