About Us:Framed Memoirs & Productions is a creative photography company specializing in a variety of genres, including fashion, product, lifestyle, interior, portrait shoots. We pride ourselves on creating memorable visual stories for our clients and are looking for a dynamic Stylist/Art Director to join our team.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Stylist/Art Director to conceptualize, ideate, and execute visual themes across all our productions. From styling shoots to guiding the artistic direction, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our work across multiple genresResponsibilities:- Conceptualize and implement visual themes for various shoots, including fashion,product, lifestyle, interior & portraits.- Prepare a comprehensive moodboard - ensuring all details are covered - from colour palette to shoot angles and down to the set design and materials used.- Source materials / elements for the photoshoot based on the mood-board. Collaborate with decorators / artists to source materials for the shoot.- Manage budgets for styling & designing.- Collaborate with the photography and production teams to bring creative conceptsto life.- Assist with styling for shoots, ensuring a cohesive visual aesthetic.- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the shoot concepts.- Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail in every project.Skill Set Check:-Minimum experience of 3+ years is mandatory.- Skill in preparing detailed and comprehensive moodboards, including the ability to define color palettes, set design, shoot angles, and materials.- Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other moodboard platforms.- Familiarity with visual storytelling and aesthetic design principles.- Understanding of mood-setting, color theory, and how to match concepts with client objectives.- Networking skills for sourcing unique materials within budget constraints.- Ability to prioritize spending while maintaining high visual standards.- Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between departments.- Eye for detail to ensure props, wardrobe, and set design are cohesive and visually appealing.Benefits: - Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team.- Exposure to a wide variety of creative projects.- Opportunities for professional growth within the companyJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shiftApplication Question(s): What is your approach to developing a concept or theme for a shoot How do you translate a vision into the final aesthetic What inspires you in terms of styling trends How do you incorporate or reject trends based on the projects needs Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 20/10/2024Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024,
