Job summary

Big 3 Media in Singapore is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead visual storytelling across campaigns, branding, digital and social. You will set the visual direction, develop execution concepts, work with designers on execution, and direct shoots and production.

You should also be comfortable using AI tools to explore ideas and accelerate creative production. You are a strong storyteller with 5+ years in art direction or related roles, with a solid portfolio across campaigns and digital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Art Direction or related roles with strong portfolio across campaigns, branding, digital and OOH.
• Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills and ability to translate briefs into visual directions.

Responsibilities

• - Art Direction — Translate creative direction into distinctive visual directions, KVs and concepts across campaigns, branding, digital, social and OOH.
• - Hands-on Execution — Oversee and work with designers on layouts, typography, imagery, storyboards and digital/social content.
• - Production — Direct photographers, printers and external partners from pre-production to final delivery.
• - Team Development — Mentor junior designers and raise team standards.
• - Presentations & Pitches — Co-present creative work with the Creative Director in pitches.
• - Collaboration — Work with Account Servicing, PMs and production to deliver on-brief and on time.
• - AI & Trends — Use generative AI to ideate and prototype.
