Day-to-Day
Lead concept development for multi-platform campaigns
Partner with creatives, strategists, and account leads to shape creative strategy
Guide and mentor junior designers, while staying hands-on with the work
Present to clients with clarity, logic, and creative confidence
Own the look and feel from first moodboard to final pixel
Requirements
4+ years in an established agency creative or art direction role
A portfolio that shows both strong thinking and refined execution
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing and AI
Strong grasp of branding, campaign thinking, and how to build systems—not just one-offs
A balance of leadership, independence, and collaboration
