Looking for an art director to manage a creative initiative from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces for Chinese collateral materials.
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and other creative staff.
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and vendors in China.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties as necessary.
Knowledge of print and digital communications is a must. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company or clients can implement new initiatives.
