• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Art or above (e.g., NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA)
• At least 10–15 years of experience as an Art Teacher in schools or learning centres
• Ability to work with both children and adults
• Skilled in developing and upgrading Art Curriculum
• Capable of recording and reporting students’ progress accurately
• Provide guidance, coaching, and discipline to help students exceed performance standards
• Ability to plan lessons based on art techniques, history, themes, and general knowledge in line with learning objectives
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Ability to coach and train new teachers
