Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual storytelling for motion-based projects across platforms.

• Develop and oversee animation style guides, motion language, and design systems.

• Direct and collaborate with motion designers, animators, and editors to ensure cohesive execution.

• Provide hands-on support in creating high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, and VFX.

• Maintain consistency with brand identity while pushing visual innovation in motion design.

• Review and critique animation work to uphold creative and technical standards.

• Manage timelines and resources in collaboration with producers and project managers.

• Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and digital design.

Requirements

• Applicants should include portfolio / link to portfolio to view your work

• Strong hard skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

• Strong ability to lead and guide junior designers to develop skills and adherence to brand guide and style
