I.F. Gallery is Hiring – Art Advisor (Full-time / Part-time)

Location: 45 Tras Street, Singapore (078984)
Working Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Work Days: 5 days per week (shift-based, including weekends & public holidays)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Art Advisor to join our team.
You will work closely with clients, artists, and fellow team members in a dynamic gallery environment that specializes in Japanese modern and contemporary art.
This is a hands-on role combining client advisory, gallery operations, and creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering tailored art advice with professionalism and warmth

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and brand consistency

• Assist daily gallery operations and contribute to a welcoming and refined client experience

• Handle administrative duties including email communication, invoicing, cataloguing, and archive updates

• Support installation and de-installation of exhibitions, coordinating with contractors and ensuring proper artwork handling

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing gallery space

• Design simple promotional materials (e.g., exhibition posters, social media content) using basic graphic design skills

• Take initiative to support various aspects of the gallery’s success

Requirements

• Diploma in Art History, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

• Experience in an art gallery or art advisory role is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Basic graphic design proficiency (Adobe Illustrator / Canva / equivalent)
