The group relies on its 7 research centers and production sites based in Europe and China to design, produce, and market nutritional solutions for sustainable animal feed. Job Overview: The Job Holder is responsible for developing sales in the specified area. Main duties include:
- Implementing feasible sales action plans to develop, retain, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to define product positioning, arguments, selling tools, and communication plans.
- Visiting customers and providing technical and product support as needed.
- Working closely with Category Managers and Marketing to align strategies and define action plans for key accounts.
- Contributing to monthly sales forecasts and participating in S&OP meetings.
- Partnering with distributors to implement mutually agreeable growth strategies.
- Supporting technical programs through training distributors and their teams, especially for specialty products.
- Identifying customer needs and focusing on product benefits and value.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding key decision makers.
- Analyzing customer needs, market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Sharing market information, project opportunities, and following up on sales leads via Sales Force / ACE.
- Participating in internal sales meetings to identify gaps and implement remedies.
- Assisting during industry exhibits and customer seminars.
- Setting annual sales budgets for the territory.
- Coordinating with Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
KPIs
- Volume, ASP, market penetration, market share, growth rate, customer gain & retention
- Forecast accuracy, ACE updates, and timely follow-up
- Sales project pipeline and GKA/RKA action plans
- Customer satisfaction and success of product launches

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Nutrition, DVM, Marketing, or Business (optional)
- Experience: Over 5 years in the feed industry in technical, marketing, or sales roles
- Skills: Motivational, convincing, results-oriented, energetic, self-driven, excellent communication, team player, analytical, creative
- Languages: English, Hindi, and at least one local language (Bengali/Nepalese)
