Job description

You are currently hiring for Area Sales Managers who have experience in Home loans and loan against property. As an Area Sales Manager, your role will include team handling, managing Relationship managers (RM) to achieve targets, working on leads provided by VRM, meeting Channel partners, explaining company benefits to partners, achieving sales targets through CPs, collecting and activating credit on file assessment, processing files to the login stage, acting as the interface between clients and operations team, ensuring agreement signing post-sanction, resolving customer queries, and maintaining records of all sanction copies.To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4-15 years of experience, with at least 4 years in home loan/business loan/LAP and Team handling. Good communication skills in English and Tamil are required, along with prior experience in the banking or financial services industry. Proficiency in Google Meet, Google skills, and CRMs is preferred. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and familiarity with local markets and regulations are advantageous.The interview process will involve a virtual interview, a meeting with the directors, and an HR round.
