About the role

We are seeking two highly motivated and hands-on Area Managers to join our Global Product Back Office team. In this key role, you will lead and support daily operations across multiple countries or regions (specific groupings to be determined). You will be responsible for both people management and operational execution, including tasks such as invoicing, licensing, and process oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team within your assigned area
  • Oversee and execute critical back-office functions, including:
    • Product invoicing
    • Licensing administration
    • Data and document accuracy
  • Act as the primary contact for local teams and ensure alignment with global processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Global Back Office and peer Area Manager to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Support onboarding and training for new staff and country rollouts
  • Monitor KPIs

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
