Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee a cluster of high-performance F&B kiosks. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent operational excellence, team leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep operational know-how in the food service industry, and a passion for growing people and business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned kiosks to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Review and monitor SOPs, food safety guidelines, and local regulations.

2. Team Leadership & Staffing

  • Recruit, train, and manage kiosk managers and front-line staff.
  • Conduct evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.

3. Sales & Financial Performance

  • Drive revenue targets, cost control, and profitability at each store
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and initiate service improvement plans.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and stock ordering accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement/logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Submit timely reports on operations, sales performance, staffing, and incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records related to staffing, payroll, compliance, and audits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit food & beverage or QSR management.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience in kiosk or small-format F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of local food safety regulations and labor laws.
