Job summary

A leading F&B Group in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive profitability, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and adhering to hygiene standards. Candidates should have extensive experience in restaurant management, preferably within the Quick-Service Restaurant industry.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager overseeing two or more outlets.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager, preferably in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets.

About the Role:

An established F&B Group, in line with its regional expansion plans, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of multiple F&B outlets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence, sales targets, and profitability.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Implement and uphold high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Plan and manage staff scheduling to optimize efficiency while maintaining cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma with:
    At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager overseeing two or more outlets, OR
    At least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager, preferably in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project and program management skills.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
