As our Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our stores' success. You'll:
Champion Business Growth: Take ownership of your area's financial performance, meticulously analyzing budgets, optimizing costs, and identifying opportunities to boost profitability. You'll be instrumental in setting up new stores and ensuring seamless operations across all locations.
Ignite Sales Performance: Set ambitious sales targets and empower your store managers to exceed them. You'll be a master at identifying sales gaps and crafting effective strategies to continuously elevate our revenue.
Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of exceptional store managers. You'll be dedicated to their growth, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to excel and deliver on our company's high standards.
Deliver Unforgettable Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll uphold our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring our stores operate with the highest quality, food safety, and service standards.
Has a proven track record in managing multiple business units and exceeding targets.

Min. Diploma in F&B Management or relevant field
Min. 5 Years of experience in the same capacity as an Area Manager in the F&B industry.
Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
