Job Description:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies (SWOT, segmentation, positioning, marketing mix).
  • Convert strategies into actionable plans (launches, campaigns) with measurable KPIs (market share, growth).
  • Create product-specific blueprints for local teams/partners.
  • Conduct product training and design brand campaigns/promotional materials.
  • Monitor market dynamics through field visits and align partner performance with business goals.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) via advisory boards, CMEs, and scientific engagements.
  • Track monthly sales vs. budget, analyze gaps, and manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend.
  • Align regional strategies with global branding; share best practices across teams.
  • Organize region-wide activities and provide cross-functional marketing/training support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science (Business/Marketing qualification a plus)
  • 3+ years in product management/marketing (pharma/healthcare preferred).
  • Channel management experience advantageous.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
